Club President - Tom Allen - Duties for President include but are not limited to club spokesperson, agenda development for club meetings, delegation of tasks, tie breaker for voting, help determine course of club through goal development, assist competition director, club representative to Mountwood Park.

Vice President - Jason Osborn - Duties when President is absent at OVRCCC events, assist and lead OVRCCC Marketing Effort for club and membership growth, and assist competition director.

Race Director - Cliff King - Duties: Handling race day activities including setup and scoring of races.
Asst. Race Director - Phil Conner - Duties: Handling race day activities including setup and scoring of races when race director is absent.

Secretary - Open - Maintain records, takes minutes of the meetings, and answers correspondence.

Treasurer - Tom Allen- Duties when President and Vice President are absent from OVRCCC events, maintain club funds, report on club funds at club meetings, record meeting notes, and assist competition director.

Grounds and Upkeep  -  Mark Farra, Tom Hall
 

Webmaster - Cliff King - Duties include website creation, additions, changes to Member Contact page, etc. Forum administrator and moderator.
